We take the pleasure of introducing ourselves as one of the premier manufactures of Non-ferrous Alloy Castings conforming to various material specifications as per Indian and International Standards (IS,BS & DIN) and also Mechanical Spares of Alloy steel, Cast Steel and Cast Iron. Ours is an SSI Unit, Regd. with the Directorate of Industries, Orissa, with NSIC Regn. and ISO 9001- 2000 Certification, the 1st of its kind in the Eastern Region, advantageously situated at IDCO Shed No.III/8, Industrial Estate, Kalunga, Rourkela, with a covered Shop Floor area of 9800 sq.ft., accommodating the Machine Shop, Foundry Unit, Stores,Office,Testing Laboratory, over a Plot of 17,325 sq.ft., securely bound.
Our range of products include, i) High Conductivity Copper Cast Tuyeres, Cooling Rings, Intermediate Coolers, Slag Tuyeres, Slag Notch etc. as per IS:8859 for Blast Furnaces of various capacities, ii) Bronze Slipper Pads, Impellers, Bush Bearings, Top & Bottom Bearing Shells, Trunion Bearings, Bushing, Wear Plates, Liner Plates, Mudgun Nuts, Nut Units, Hydraulic Press Nuts etc. manufactured as per material specifications of Tin Bronze (IS:306/DIN-1705/BS-1400), Phosphorus Bronze (IS:28 Gr.1 to 5/PBZ 10), Leaded Tin Bronze (IS:318 - Gr.LTB-1 to LTB-6/DIN-1716/BS-1400), High Tensile Brass (IS:304 -Gr. HTB-1 & HTB-2/ DIN-1709), Aluminium Bronze (IS:305 - Gr. AB-1 & AB-2/ DIN-1714), Brass(IS:292-Gr.1 to Gr.3); iii) Aluminium Alloys(BS-1490:LMO to LM30/IS:617), Bimetallic Bearings/ Whitemetal Bearings (IS:25), and any other Alloys/jobs as per the customers’ specifications.
Consequent upon a recent Expansion and Modernization we have an installed capacity to produce 64 MT of Copper-base-alloy Castings, 80 MT of Electrolytic Copper Castings, and 16 MT of Aluminium and Whitemetal Castings, worth apprx. Rs.690 Lakhs per annum. Our Non-Ferrous Foundry is equipped to take up manufacture of Copper-base-alloy castings weighing upto 1000 Kg. a single piece, and Aluminium-alloy-castings weighing upto 350 Kg. a single piece and Whitemetal/Bi-metallic Bearing castings upto 1500 Kg a single piece.

Alongside, under the same roof, we have a Modern Machine Shop with all sophisticated machineries to take up complete machining, Testing and final finishing of the raw castings, as per the Customers’ requirements.

For Total Quality Management, we have a Metallurgical Testing Laboratory, and other Quality Assurance equipments, complete range of Precision Measuring Instruments, besides the Testing facilities available with the Government Testing Laboratory and other Govt. /RSP approved Private Laboratories. To ensure uninterrupted Production, we have the back-up of a 40 KVA D.G.Set (Kirloskar make) which takes care of the Power requirements of both, the Foundry and the Machine Shop, and even facilitates round-the-Clock working as and when required.
We have in our rolls well trained and experienced /skilled workers and Managerial/Technical personnel to ensure timely execution of all challenging jobs/contracts awarded to us. We shall only be glad to take up any jobs, intricate and critical in nature, of any material specification so as to prove our quality and capacity, and adherence to the delivery schedule.
